Abstract

Information system is a collection of computer hardware and software and human devices that will process data using hardware plays an important role in information systems. Data to be entered in an information system can be forms, procedures and other forms of data. Muhammadiyah 3 Jember High School is one of the businesses owned by Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah in the field of education, which functions as a means of da'wah and cadre in the community. Positive developments as a form of contribution of outstanding children have been seen for approximately 38 years in the Muhammadiyah 3 Jember high school. This progress is due to the tireless enthusiasm and hard work that has been carried out by all related school components. At present the loan data management system is written in a book, where the method of searching, borrowing, returning and data collection of goods still uses a system of searching and data processing in bookkeeping, such as the process of borrowing and returning which still uses the manual method in which all data is still written in the master book. Often the items students will borrow cannot be obtained even if they are there. This happens because the search system is still manual. By making the system to be built, I hope that it will not happen again, because the computerized system will better support students in finding the items they want.
