Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Inventory Turnover, and Return on Asset towards the earnings growth in Animal Feed Sub Sector Companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2012 to 2016. A saturated sampling technique is used in this study with four Animal Feed Sub Sector Companies as samples. This study uses financial ratio analysis, descriptive statistic analysis and multiple linear regression analysis which included F test and t test. The results show that Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Inventory Turnover, and Return on Asset simultaniously have significant effect on earnings growth. On the other hand, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Inventory Turnover partially do not have significant effect on earnings growth because the significant value is bigger than 0,05. Meanwhile, Return on Asset partially have significant effect on earnings growth because the sig. value is less than 0,05. Thus, the variable of Return on Asset has dominant effect on earnings growth.
