With the development of Information and Communication Technology, the development of education also developed. Now, learning not to be directly in the classroom, but it can be done anywhere by using devices such as the internet, wifi, mobile device or video-conferencing. Because the learning method can now utilize electronic media devices based mobile learning. With mobile-based learning, the learning can be done anytime, anywhere and anyone. With unlimited users and amount of data that needs not be known, it is possible the data transmission time is slowing or failure of data delivery. With these problems, we try to analyze the performance of learning on mobile devices in wireless networks in terms of QoS (Quality of Service) which include throughput, packet loss and timing. The method used to test the performance of mobile learning in wireless networks and analyze the scalability performance of mobile learning, so that later can be used as a reference in making a good mobile learning system. Testing of mobile learning will be conducted in a wireless network by way of download or access on mobile learning objects. Testing is done by varying the value of the bandwidth and the size of mobile learning object to be measured using Wireshark.. From this research, the network scalability testing is generally obtained more and more number of users, the throughput will be smaller, the greater the packet loss and the longer loading time
