Abstract

Efforts to increase the production of mung bean seeds can be done by meeting plant nutrient needs. Efforts to fulfill plant nutrients were carried out by giving NPK 16-16-16 fertilizer and gandasil B fertilizer. This study aimed to determine the best dose of treatment for NPK 16-16-16 fertilizer and gandasil B fertilizer for the production of long bean seeds. This research was conducted at CV. Aura Seed in Kediri Regency on September 22, 2021 – January 23, 2022. The study was conducted with two treatment factors, namely the dose of NPK 16-16-16 fertilizer and gandasil leaf fertilizer. The first factor (dose of NPK 16-16-16 fertilizer) consisted of three levels. namely 0, 3, and 6 grams/plant. The second factor (dosage of gandasil B fertilizer) consisted of 4, 6, 8 grams/liter. The study used a factorial randomized block design method with 3 replications. Observational data were analyzed using Anova and DMRT follow-up test at 5% level. The parameters used to prove this research are flowering age, harvest age, number of pods, number of seeds, pod weight, production/plot, seed production/hectare, weight of 1000 grains, and germination. NPK fertilizer has an effect on flowering age, number of pods, number of seeds, production/plot, production/hectare, and germination. Gandasil B leaf fertilizer has an effect on flowering age, harvest age, number of pods, and production/plot. The interaction between the two affects the weight of the pods.
