Abstract

The Ministry of Health makes the transformation of health technology a priority activity. RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro has developed the Electronic Medical Record (RME) as an effort to transform technology in the health sector. Based on the results of evaluating the implementation of the completeness filling RME in 1x24 hours at the outpatient polyclinic in June 2022 reached 74.3%, so it is not in accordance with the minimum service standard of 100%, it is necessary to conduct an analysis to determine the supporting factors for the success of RME implementation. The aim of the research is to analyze the factors influencing the success of RME implementation based on variables in MMUST by modifying the addition of facility condition variables. This research was quantitative analytical research with a cross-sectional approach. In this research, there was respondent data totaling 108 people consisting of doctors, nurses, midwives, and medical recorders. The data analysis used SmartPLS 3.2.9 with SEM-PLS technique. The results of this research showed a T-statistical value of information quality on information satisfaction 10,196, information satisfaction on performance expectations 2,703, performance expectations on attitudes 5,781, social influences on performance expectations 2,703, facility conditions on attitudes 2,037, attitudes towards overall satisfaction 26,652 and overall satisfaction with net benefits 11,134. There are two variabel influential but they are not insignificant with a T-Statistics there are attitude towards usage of 0.378, The usage towards net benefit of 1.376. It showed that the data sampling is in accordance with the model study, it is seen from the Goodness of Fit (GoF) value of 0.558. Based on this research that all exogenous variables have an influence on endogenous variables. Hopefulness, The future research can modify the model by adding control variables using the effect of confounding factors such as officer work schedules.
