Abstract

TheMSME Akrab Jaya has only been running for about three years, which is located in Bangsalsari, Jember. Product marketing difficulties were felt during the COVID-19 pandemic. Marketing by ordering through a mobile number cannot be done every day, while production is carried out every day which has an impact if the product is not sold on the same day it will be stored in the freezer. The lack of digital marketing knowledge and experience makes it difficult for partners to reach the target market both inside and outside the Jember area. The solution offered is to provide counseling and training related to the use of DANA and Shopee applications to increase the knowledge and skills of MSME employees and expand market share. The methods used in the implementation of the activities areliterature study, field survey, problem analysis, problem solving, development of guidebooks, counseling and training, evaluation. The service program is carried out based on the expertise possessed by the chairman and service members.The results of the activity are 53% of participants' knowledge and skills in the high category in using the DANA application and 57% for using the Shopee application.
