Abstract
SIMRS at Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso established since 2015. Based on a preliminary study, various problems were found, officers still complained about an inadequate information system, such as menus that should be simplify the service process and also the officers did not follow module procedures properly. The purpose of this study was to identify individual factors (age, education, gender, tenure) and identify the use of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). This research use descriptive research, with a population of 87 officers. The results of this study indicate that the most respondents in the age category are from 31 – 50 years old, bring total 48 respondents with a percentage 55,2%, respondents from the education degree category mostly were D4 / S1 as many as 42 respondents with a percentage 48,4%, of the most gender categories were female as many as 58 respondents with a percentage 66,7%, from the category of the tenure >1 year as many as 79 respondents with a percentage 90,8%. The score for the effectiveness of the use of SIMRS get very good criteria, scored 88, from the result the mean is 12,04, it can be concluded that the effectiveness is in the good vategory with intervals of 12,1 – 16. Efficient score from 1151 equal with the mean is 15,1 and decision can be made that the effectiveness is already in the good category with the intervals of 11,5 – 15,2.
