Abstract

Coffe is one of important cultivation crop. The good coffe plant produce good quality of seed. Arbuskula Mycorrhizal Biofertilizer addition use to improve the coffe growth on dry land. This research aims to determine the proper and effective dose on coffe seed growth in polybag. This research was conducted at Green house of State Polytechnic of Jember in September 2018 to February 2019. This research was using Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) non factorial. The treatments were dose of Arbuskula Mycorrhizal Biofertilizer consisted control (P0), 5 gr/plant (P1), 10gr/plant (P2), and 15gr/plant (P3) with 6 replications. The result of this research shows that application of Arbuskula Mycorrhizal Biofertilizer is non significant effect on all parameters, it is because Arbuskula Mycorrhizal fungus are work optimally on dry and low nutrient land, whereas the media used in this research is contain sufficient water and nutrient.
