Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectivity of the effect of the concentration of Growth Regulatory Substances (ZPT) on the induction of cassava shoots. This research was conducted in November 2018 - January 2019 at the State Polytechni Culture Laboratory in Jember. This research was conducted by adding IAA and BAP to MS media and applied with factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is the BAP concentration of three levels (0.5 ppm, 0.75 ppm, and 1 ppm). While the second factor is the IAA concentration of three levels (0.2 ppm, 0.4 ppm and 0.6 ppm). The results of the study stated that BAP concentration had no significant effect on shoot length, number of shoots, and number of leaves. However, the interaction of IAA and BAP treatment had a very significant effect on shoot height with the best treatment of B1A1 with an average shoot height of 1.2 cm Keyword: BAP Cassava, IAA ,Induction ,
