Abstract

Research on the effect of several concentrations of sugarcane PGPR on the initial growth of Bululawang Saccharum officinarum L. plants was conducted in September 2018 to January 2019 at the State Polytechnic in Jember. This study used a non factorial randomized block design with four treatments, namely concentration of PGPR 0ml / L, PGPR 15ml / L, PGPR 30ml / L, PGPR 45ml / L. The parameters observed were plant stem height, number of leaves, stem diameter, number of tillers , stem and leaf wet weight, stem and leaf dry weight and root weight. Results showed significantly different results in the treatment of PGPR concentrations of 30 ml / L and 45 ml / L for plant height parameters at 60 HST and 90 HST, number of tillers at 120 HST, wet stem and leaf weight at 124 HST, dry stem weight and leaves at the age of 126 HST and root weight at 128 HST.
