Abstract
The minimum standard for completing medical records is 1x24 hours after 100% completion of service. The incompleteness of the medical record file that returned after completion of the service occurred at the Srikandi RSIA IBI Jember, the complete medical record file for the sectional caesarean section of BPJS patients with a general difference. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the completeness of the medical record file sectio caesare BPJS patients with general at Srikandi RSIA IBI Jember Quarter I Year 2018. This type of research is quantitative with observational analytic, data collection through interviews to 3 informants, observation, and documentation. The sampling technique used a proportional stratified random sampling which was 107 medical records of BPJS patients and 38 general patients. Test statistics using Mann Whitney with the SPSS 17.0 program. The results of this study indicate that differences in the completeness of BPJS patient medical record files with the general analysis of p value = 0.001 can be caused by man management factors, namely limited doctor time and method, namely SOP filling medical record file completeness that is not in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. Suggestions that can be made is by revising the SOP on the time of completing the medical record completeness by involving the relevant parties.
