Abstract

Utilization of the yard for the cultivation of an act in the improvement of public welfare. Yard is usually not too wide so if it is used as cultivation of the plants will be more efficient, so it needs cultivating innovation that can be done by a simple, practical in the treatment and can efficiently narrow yard. Efforts to use the land with a Vertiminaponic system. Vertiminaponik system combines horticulture cultivation with aquaculture, which are arranged vertically. Community service carried out in the village Karangrejo, District Sumbersari, Jember, from July to November 2018.Target of the Community Service Program, among others: Improving knowledge and skills, introduce and practice Vertiminaponik agricultural model, establish entrepreneurial skills as well as provide insight and Solutions business activity experience offered by the use of organic agriculture based vertiminaponik. Phase devotion performed namely education stage, the stage of soft-skills and evaluation of activities. The result is the level of responsibility of the 75% target audiences vertiminaponik engineering innovation to improve land use is limited. (B) The level of dynamics and speed of target audiences to adopt and diffuse vertiminaponik techniques for utilizing the limited land with fish pond water as nutrients or organic matter for plants grown vertically.
