Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the amount of concentrate and the duration of seriframe soaking which can optimally to the silk worm mortality and cocoon production. This research located in silk worm cultivation and spend 32 days. The system that used in this research is completely randomized design (CRD) which consists of 9 treatments that frequently done by 3 times. The result exhibited unsignificantly interaction between the potassium permangante concentrate, the duration of seriframe soaking and the silk worm mortality, the average of cocoon weight (gram), and cocoon leather. Meanwhile, the duration of seriframe soaking exhibited significant interaction to cocoon deformity.
