Abstract

The majority of laying hen use battery cages as a place to raise laying hen with the advantage of being easy to pick up eggs, reducing the risk of dirty and damaged eggs due to chicken pecking. The egg count is carried out when the eggs are arranged on the tray, not when the eggs are taken from the battery cage. Sometimes the cage children cheat by taking some eggs before the calculation is carried out. So that the number of eggs lost due to cheating cannot be known, the peak of egg production is not known with certainty, the number of damaged and broken eggs is not known with certainty so that farmers experience production leaks. Chickens that experienced a decline in production could not be identified precisely, so handling the problem was slow. This encourages to help the community in Optimizing Egg Production and Knowing Hen Day Recording in a quick count. The benefit of this system is that production leakage can be minimized, so that it can detect early declines in production caused by disease or weather disturbances by looking at the graph of Hen Day, besides that it also saves labor for egg production control, so that Hen Day production can be controlled at any time. either via the web or from an android-based application.
