Abstract
This study aims to determine the physical quality of duck eggs with 3 different rearing sistem, namely intensive, semi-intensive and extensive. This research was carried out for one month, from June to July 2022. This research was carried out in Sidorejo Village, Rowokangkung District, Lumajang Regency. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 maintenance sistem namely intensive (A), semi-intensive (B), and extensive (C). Each treatment was repeated 6 times. Testing the physical quality of the eggs was carried out once a week using 18 duck egg samples from 3 different rearing sistem. The research data were analyzed by analysis of variance and continued with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) if there were significant differences (P<0.05) between treatments. The results showed that there was a significant difference between intensive, semi-intensive and extensive rearing sistem on egg weight (71.17 grams). However, intensive, semi-intensive and extensive rearing sistem had no significant effect on duck egg production, yolk color, yolk index, egg white index, indeks telur, shell thickness and haugh unit.
