Abstract

This final project location is decided in the terasi home industry disrict of Puger, Jember on the quality of products. The purpose of this final project was (1) Determine and analyze the influence of the physical facilities, the quality of raw materials and production process significantly affect the quality of production in terasi home industry district of Puger, Jember on the quality of products. (2) identify and analyze which variables among elderly physic facilities variables, quality of raw materials and production process were the most important of the quality of the product in Terasi Home Industry District of Puger, Jember. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this final project. By the analysis of multiple regression linear could be concluded that: (1) simultaneously that variable physical facilities, quality of raw materials and production proress no significant effect on the quality of shrimp products. (2) in the production process varsial seignifikan influence on the quality of shrimp production in the home industry of district Puger in Jember. (3) The most dominant variable affecting quality of terasi is production prosess. Keywords : Quality Products Condiment, Multiple Linear Regression
