Abstract
CUPPING TEST AND ROBUSTA COFFEE (Coffea canephora) CULTIVATION AT PTPN XII BANGELAN GARDEN MALANG - EAST JAVA, Larintiano Iman Dwi Cahyo, A32191391, the Year 2022, terms, Plantation Plant Production, Agricultural Production, Jember State Polytechnic, Windy Nurdiansyah, S.T.P (Field Supervisor), Ir. Dian Hartatie, MP (Academic Advisor). Field Work Practice (PKL) was carried out at PTPN XII Kebun Bangelan Malang, which is a robusta coffee plantation company located in Bagelan Village, Wonosari District, Malang Regency, East Java Province. Field Work Practices (PKL) will be held from 12 September 2021 to 31 January 2022. The purpose of carrying out Field Work Practice Activities (PKL) is that it is hoped that students can carry out Robusta Coffee Cultivation well, and be able to know and fulfill maintenance management techniques in the PTPN XII Kebun Bangelan Plantation. The implementation of this activity is carried out using work methods, interviews, observations, demonstrations, literature studies, and documentation to follow the entire series of maintenance and harvesting activities in the PTPN XII Kebun Bangelan Plantation. The author gains experience as a harvest and maintenance workforce and understands activities, especially post-harvest processing of Robusta coffee, and learns how to maintain quality and organoleptic tests to determine the quality produced in each product. The author also socializes directly with workers and garden managers, so that they can learn and understand ethics and culture at PTPN XII Kebun Bangelan.
