The data used in this study are secondary data from annual financial reports Bank. The analytical technique is a statistical test with a multiple regression analysis , the classical assumption test and hypotheses using the t test , F test and the Determination Test. The results showed that the NPL variables has significant negative effect on ROA . CAR and LDR variable have no significant negative effect on ROA . The variable that has the most dominant influence on ROA is NPL variable . From this research, the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.563 , this means that 56.3 % ROA can be explained by the independent variables , namely NPL , CAR and LDR and the balance is equal to 43.7 % is explained by other variables .
