Abstract
The research was aimed to know factors that influence productivity of layer chicken which produced by breeder in Jember and to know factor which most influence to layer chicken productivity which produced by breeder in Jember. Survey research method was used as method and layer chicken breeder as research subject. The research variable was age, strain, feed consumption and population. The most influence factor of layer production chicken by Jember was chicken population (22,9%).
