Abstract

Kemuning Lor Arjasa Jember is a Polije Assisted Village. Its main commodity is cow's milk. The average productivity of Rembangan cow's milk is 120 liters/day. Cow's milk is sold at Rp. 7.500,-/liter. During the pandemic there was a 60% decline in turnover. Milk is a highly nutritious food but it is very perishable. The efforts to maintain the quality of cow's milk have been carried out by HPEF (High Pulse Electric Field). Milk is damaged because the bottle is not sterile. The problems are Decreased turnover, Quick stale milk, because there is no bottle sterilization technology that can keep milk customized, They don't understand the sterilization process, inability to provide bottle sterilizers. Solution: implement sterilization technology using Portable UV C Light Sterilizer; Provide training/operation of sterilizers; Donate a sterilizer; Objective: empowering SMEs in the form of training/assistance to increase sales turnover and maintain the quality of milk that is still ASUH after HPEF pasteurization. After the program, the expetation will be a 4-fold increase in turnover from before. Method: cooperation and commitment of all parties so that the program objectives could be achieved. Results: Application of technology for the sterilization process of packaged bottles by a portable UV C light sterilizer; Increased turnover due to digital marketing, improving the quality of products processed hygienically, Transferring milk processing technology, increasing the community's ability to process sterile milk, and maintaining the cleanliness of the milk processing area
