Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of reallocation of village funds during the COVID-19 pandemic.This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research with a case study approach in which the researcher tries to describe the true picture according to the phenomena that occur in the management of village funds for the 2020 Fiscal Year in Jenggawah Village. Jember Regency. The results showed that in general the reallocation of the use of village funds in Jenggawah Village was used for BLT-DD and the handling of covid 19. The COVID-19 pandemic became a dilemma for the Jenggawah village government because it had an impact on the entire community. The distribution of aid is carried out with 14 criteria of who is entitled to receive assistance. In its implementation, it is difficult to determine who is entitled to the Village Fund Direct Assistance (BLT-DD) because many people have received other assistance.
