Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) application carried out in Sumberkolak Village, Panarukan District, Situbondo Regency. This research is a qualitative research, the data used is primary data with data collection procedures in the form of observation and interviews. This study uses data analysis model John W. Crewell activities in data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Informants in this study consisted of the Village Head, Head of Finance. The results showed that the application of the siskeudes application provided many benefits and had an important role in the village government and these benefits were felt directly by the village government of Sumberkolak Village. With the application of the village financial system application in Sumberkolak Village, it can improve the performance of the village government in compiling financial reports that are more effective and produce reports that are efficient and timely in reporting. This is in accordance with the purpose of implementing the siskeudes application, namely to assist the work of the village government.
