Abstract
Kaliwates Jember Public Health Center is one of the public health centers that does not yet have a website as a media for information and promotion to the community, so that the community lacks information regarding the public health center. The purpose of this study is to design and create a website Kaliwates Jember Health Center. This research uses the system design method model waterfall. Stages in this method include Requirement Analysis and Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and testing, Integration and system testing and Operation and maintenance. The strengths of the website that have been made are the existence of a doctor asking service for patients to be able to communicate with doctors in the Kaliwates Jember health center without having to come to the health center, patients can register online for treatment, there are statistical data about the number of patient visits through the website. It is hoped that this website can assist health center in delivering information on health services and health promotion while at the same time assisting the public in receiving information related to health center.
