Abstract

Based on preliminary survey of inpatient design admission information system of Arjasa Jember Public Health Center was still manual that is written in admission book, which became the cause of the length of service because of the more quantity of patients on October that were 105 inpatients, on January were 86 inpatients and on July were 85 inpatients, the long time for patients to wait, and the capitulation of internal and external report. Internal and external report that should be each of the 10th of the next months but of Arjasa Jember Public Health Center the late of report more than at the 10th of the next months. The purpose of this research is to analyze of need and design planning of Arjasa Jember Public Health Center. This of research is qualitative using waterfall method stage-1 requirement definition, stage-2 system and software design, and the data collection were interview, observation, and brainstorming. The researcher conducted the design of the causes the problem related to this inpatient planning admission information system includes inpatients admission, room searching and resulting inpatients output report.
