Abstract

The process of storage, loan, and return on medical records at Djatitoro Lumajang hospital has some obstacles to the, irregular numbering of inpatient medical record files, no entries in the expedition book regarding borrowing and returning inpatient medical record files, and delays in returning hospital medical files.. The aim of this study is to design build storage information systems, borrow and loan medical records. The type of this study is research and development. The data obtained by interview, observation and brainstorming. System development methods using waterfall. The result of this study is the design build of storage information systems, lodges and retrieval of inpatient medical records that contain the master's data, storage, request, loan, return, report. This information system has the advantage of combining a storage system, a borrowing system, and a return system, and this system can print and scan barcodes for inpatient medical records.
