Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of immersion time of ZPT on the growth of vanilla cuttings of one segment. This research was conducted in June 2022 – September 2022 in Situbondo District, Kapongan District, Kesambirampak Village. This study used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK), namely the immersion time of giving ZPT Rootone F. With varying immersion time, including A1 (control), A2 (control), A3 2.5 minutes, A4 5 minutes, A5 7.5 minutes, A6 10 minutes. The best treatment is found in the A4 and A5 treatments on each of the parameters obtained. live percentage A4 80%, A5 78% at 14 DAP, finished percentage A4 74%, A5 78% at 30 DAP, shoot length A4 14.41 cm, A5 13.01cm at 8 DAP, shoot diameter A4 6.45 mm, A5 6.76 mm at 8 DST, the number of segments A4 6.32, A5 5.97 at 92 DAP, root length A4 27.19 cm, A5 28.20 cm at 92 DAP. ANOVA test with BNJ further test with a level of 5%. The results showed that ZPT Rootone F concentration of 200 ppm with soaking time of 7.5 minutes and 10 minutes had a very significant effect compared to being rubbed on the percentage of survival 14 DAP, percentage to 30 DAP, shoot length 8 MSTT, shoot diameter 8 MSTT, number of internodes 92 DAP, and root length 92 DAP of one segment vanilla cuttings.
