Abstract
Managing services in poly physiotherapy of dr. Abdoer Rahem Hospital in Situbondo Regency is still done manually, the absence of information systems related to the management of services in physiotherapy causes all transaction activities that occur in poly physiotherapy to be carried out manuall so does a patient physiotherapy control schedule. The patient level of obedience to physiotherapy control in January to March is more than 50% due to the absence of reminders from both the officers and the patients. The purpose of this research is to design and creating physiotherapy service applications with SMS gateway based on patient visit reminder at dr. Abdoer Rahem Hospital in Situbondo Regency. The type of this research is qualitative with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, brainstorming. The method used in this research is development sprint system method which is consisting of understand, diverge, decide, prototype and validate. The results of this research are the application of physiotherapy services with SMS Gateway based patient visit reminder at RSUD dr.Abdoer Rahem, Situbondo Regency which provides physiotherapy management application with SMS gateway reminder and patient examination history report that has been tested with the results of the application can be run well in RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo Regency.
