Abstract
The recording of medical data on medical record documents serves as a reference for future patient examinations, as well as written evidence of the diagnosis of diseases and medical services that the patient has acquired. One of the efforts to improve recording effectiveness is by electronic medical record. Electronic medical record is a computerized system for accessing realtime about patient care records with ease. Based on the preliminary study results on April 16, 2019, the medical record form used for obstetrics and gynaecology polyclinic is still paper- based, so that medical records are not fast, precise, effective and efficient. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design and create electronic medical records in obstetrics and gynecology polyclinic of RSIA Srikandi IBI Jember using Scrum method. The data collecting techniques used are observations, interviews, brainstorming, and documentation. The results of the study obtained an electronic medical record that was created and designed using scrum method, so that the recording of medical records in obstetrics and gynecology polyclinic of RSIA Srikandi IBI Jember can run faster, precise, effective, and efficient.
