Abstract

One way to find out someone color blind is by testing ishihara, this test is performed on a patient by a specialist, a patient is required to answer questions in the form of a picture with a collection of colored dots which forms a line / number, it is given 3 seconds for each questions. This study is aimed to conduct a color blind test application with the Ishihara method. The writer have made an application previously using the Ishihara test. It had 14 questions,and did not use a timer when doing the test and there were no details test results. The results of this application development are measured using the mean opinion method score (MOS) with a variable from the technology acceptance model (TAM). The result shows that from the total Of the 50 respondents, 8% experienced partial color blindness and 92% are not detected color blind. The results of adding the timer to the Ishihara test questions for 3 seconds and details of the test results get a total MOS with a value of 4.43. It means that the number of respondents who use the application feel the application is running well.
