Abstract
Travel transportation business with destinations between cities at CV. SUrya Arie Jaya is the object of research in determining fleet needs from the number of passengers. This research aims to develop business in the managerial field or assist managers' decisions in determining fleet requirements for the following month. For this reason, it is necessary to forecast the number of passengers in the next month using the ARIMA method applied to the information system. The research succeeded in making a forecasting information system using the ARIMA method on passenger data for routes from Jember to Malang models ARIMA (1,0,0), ARIMA (2,0,0), ARIMA (0,1,1) and for routes to Jember. to Surabaya model ARIMA (1,0,0), ARIMA (0,0,1), ARIMA (0,1,1). It is known that the model set in the forecasting information system has 3 ARIMA models. The system will automatically select the model by comparing the error value of each model, by selecting the smallest error value which is stated as the best model. System testing is carried out by one method, namely UAT which produces an average value of 80.64% with the conclusion that the information system is declared good.
