Abstract
Along with the development and advancement of technology, fuel oil (BBM) is a basic need in the industrial and transportation sector, which is increasing in demand. Dividing the distribution area into several regions is part of the management strategy to facilitate the distribution of fuel throughtout Indonesia. Because of importance of BBM in people’s lives, BBM is one of the basic needs of the community. This condition can be reflected in the role of BBM as a important factor in determining changes in prices of basic commodities or inflation. At SPBU Baratan, Jember Regancy, based on data from the western SPBU office, the archivement of the pertamax fuel target does not match the reality than pertalite, so to see the target archivement in the following month, forecasting is needed to see the sales results in the following month by looking at the final stock of the previous sales. Based on the results of the discussion research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the forecasting system built is accordance with the needs. With the result of the blackbox testing that has been carried out by menas of all test conditions producing valid values, and the results of the user acceptance test that have been carried out produce very good criteria of 86,22%, and system can provide the required information cleary
