Abstract

Implementation of Health Information Management System (HIMS) in Puskesmas Sumbersari and Puskesmas Kaliwates still have several problems that related with the final result. For the example is the information is not accurate with HIMS and there is no controling access form HIMS, HIMS can not be used if the officer give the information correctly or complety. The negative impact is the information or the data can be wrong because of the data is not accurate, and also it can effect to the service become take long time. The purpose of this research is to describe perception using HIMS in Puskesmas on PIECES method. The type of research is used with qualitative method. The object of this research is HIMS and the subject of this research is user in registration patien that including 3 user HIMS in Puskesmas Kaliwates, 2 user HIMS in Puskesmas Sumbersari and 1 officer HIMS in Dinas Kesehatan using interview and observation. From the result of research show that of HIMS can be used good performance in service process, but not fully able to produce complete and accurate information, all of the budget from Dinas Kesehatan, access control of HIMS cannot be controlled as a result all of user can opened HIMS in other poli, there has been counseling before implementation of HIMS to all user in Puskesmas, some problems of HIMS can be resolved quickly of Dinas Kesehatan, not available the massagebox if data not filled. So it is necessary to evaluation system expected to be used as a reference in decision or development system.
