Abstract

In this study, the researchers made a fish quality selection system using the Simple Additive Weighting method which the fish production process at the Jembrana Nusantara Fisheries Port, Bali, in the process of checking fish quality is still done conventionally. Therefore, a Decision Support System for the Selection of Fish Quality was created at the Fishery Port of Nusantara Jembrana Bali using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a way to help checking the quality of fish for fish production officers and the market. For this study, researchers conducted interviews with the operational head of the Nusantara Fisheries Port of Jembrana Bali. There are 4 criteria based on checking the quality of fish physically (visible) including texture, aroma, shape and color of fish skin which is then processed through Simple Additive Weighting calculations and produces output in the form of fish quality assessment results, each criterion is determined based on the condition of the catch. fish at the Jembrana Archipelago Fishing Port, Bali.
