Abstract

Information technology is the most important part in today's digital era, where one of its applications in the education sector is to make it easier to search for data and information. As an information system at tertiary institutions that is used for campus activities, which is very useful for the campus community, especially students.As an information system in tertiary institutions that is used for campus activities. Software testing is an important part of what is done in order to achieve the quality standards of a system both in usability. Some of the methods used are the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Heuristic Evaluation (HE). The test results show that from the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, in terms of application usability, it is quite acceptable to users by describing the results of the test on the System Usability Scale Interpretation, which means a value of 70 is included in the Acceptable category. Whereas the Heuristic Evaluation (HE) method shows a value of 1, which means that the severity rating is included in the Cosmetic Problem category or there is no need for improvement unless there is additional time for the developer.
