Abstract
Rubber seeds are known to have a high protein content as well as several amino acids and which can be used as a good source of nutrients. So that it can be used as an alternative quail feed material. This study aims to determine the effect of rubber seed flour fermented using tempeh yeast on the blood profile of male quail. The experimental design used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) and test Analysis of variance (ANOVA), using two hundred male quail. Provision of rations with the addition of fermented rubber seed flour each treatment has a different concentration, P0 (control) P1 (with a concentration of 4%), P2 (with a concentration of 8%), P3 (with a concentration of 12%), Parameter yang diamati adalah hemoglobin, eritrosit, leukosit dan trombosit. The results showed that the provision of rubber seed flour fermented with tempe yeast to a level of 12% no significant effect (P > 0.05) on the blood profile of male quail, so it is safe to be used as feed ingredients.
