Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of Star Fruit Juice wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) on the performance of broiler Ducks. This research will be held from July to August 2021 at the various livestock cages of the Jember State Polytechnic Livestock Department. With parameters of feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion. The results of this study showed feed consumption with an average of P0 (4525.78)ns; P1 (4407.44)ns; P2 (5250.45)ns; P3 (5213.40)ns, body weight gain(PBB) with an average of P0 (1423.25)ns; P1 (1489.35) ns; P2 (1449.32)ns; P3(1482.53) ns and feed conversion(FCR)P0(3.06)ns; P1(2.86)ns; P2(2.99)ns; P3 (2.67) ns . Giving Star Fruit Juice had no significant effect on feed consumption, PBB, and FCR. Keywords: starfruit, drinking water, feed consumption, body weight, FCR
