Abstract

Patient medical record in Midwife Independent Practice must save and keep the secret for give quality of health care, quantity, and quick response to patients. Midwife Independent Practice of Erliyanti Sukirno, S.ST,. Tanah Bumbu build at 2012. Since 11 years old, patients must queue in waiting room in quite a while. This is because of the service process and medical record still using manual. The purpose of this research is make the information system PMB. This research is research and development with prototype metod. The metod have 7 step are, (1) identification user need, (2) prototype development, (3) determining if prototype are acceptable, (4) system code, (5) system testing, (6) determining operational system is acceptable, (7) implementation system. The product of development produced is information system PMB can give ease to the midwife officer in providing service to the patient and reduce the length of the patient queuein waiting room. Data collection used interview and observation to 2 respondent is the owner of PMB and midwife officer. Result of this research is functional system needs and non functional to information system PMB. The need is then transmitted in system design by flowchart system, UML diagram, and data flow diagram. The design is, in turn, translated to PHP of programming language and database MySQL. Test result show is information system PMB had made according to the need and did not error. Next, can will be better if information system PMB can give additional payment feature and location distance between the PMB to the hospital referred to.
