Abstract

The Practice of Learning and Community Empowerment (PPPM) is carried out at PT Yasida Makmur Abadi Gresik aims to find out the marketing mix of pesticide products in PT Yasida Makmur Abadi. PPPM is held for three months, from September to November 2021. PT Yasida Makmur Abadi was established on September 4, 1998. The selection of PT Yasida Makmur Abadi as the location of PPPM is motivated by the problem of competition of competing products with similar active ingredients or with the same uses. Approach in problem solving in PT. Yasida Makmur Abadi is by identifying every problem faced in terms of product marketing, especially in pesticide products, this is done to find out the cause and effect of the problems faced in marketing. The results obtained after the implementation of PPPM are very positive, namely knowing market segmentation and targeting, market mix, and helping in providing marketing strategy input from pesticide products.
