Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of PGPR and chemical fertilizers on the growth of Na-Oogst tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L) Broadleaf variety. This research was carried out at the Tarutama Nusantara Agribusiness Cooperative Pondok Labu, Ajung – Jember District in November 2021 – January 2022. The study used a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 3 treatments, namely P1 (control), P2 (PGPR), P3 (Chemical Fertilizer). The research data were analyzed using ANOVA with a level of 5%. If there are significantly different results, further tests will be carried out using BNT (Least Significant Difference). This study gave results that were not significantly different on all parameters, namely the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, and leaf area.
