Abstract
Chatbot is a computer application development designed to be able to interact with humans via text messages. Chatbots are built to help humans in terms of information/customer service, with existing topics. This project aims to obtain information about the MSU campus. students and the general public can access MSU's information services quickly and practically by using an AI-based chatbot. Which presents the MSU Android Chatbot application. Where users only need to input questions into the chatbot, the user will immediately get the desired response quickly. With the creation of a chatbot, it is hoped that it will simplify, speed up, and increase the efficiency of MSU's information services.
