Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management and management of the Sumber Agung Village-Owned Enterprises located in Sumberejo Village, Besuki District, Situbondo Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive research category. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained directly from informants through data collection in the form of observations, interviews and documentation which are then analyzed using inductive methods. The results of this study explain that the management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Sumberejo Village, Besuki District has been carried out in accordance with procedures. The Sumber Agung Village Owned Enterprise also carries out management in accordance with applicable government regulations and has implemented aspects of management strategy through four aspects, namely planning, organizing, directing and evaluating.
