Abstract
A good company is a company that has a good work safety system. The purpose of the occupational safety and health system is to create a safe working environment for workers. Occupational safety and health is an effort to identify and controlhazard, accidents and diseases that can occur as a result of work in the workplace. The results of this study are, all employees involved in the production process have met the OHS concept, which is required to use complete personal protective equipment. The finction of personal protective equipment is to minimize the possibility of accidents at work.
