Abstract

Report processing at RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo, Mojokerto City, is still done manually, while the percentage of new cases is 7.70% and old cases are 92.30%, as a result, reports often experience delays. This study aims to create an outpatient information system and outpatient morbidity reporting at RSU Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo, Mojokerto City. This study uses the spiral method as a method of making a system consisting of communication with customers, planning, risk analysis, engineering, construction and launch, customer evaluation, this type of research is qualitative research and data collection methods by interview and observation are carried out to reporting officers. , IT officers, TPP officers and one doctor and nurse. The result of this study is to produce an outpatient information system and outpatient morbidity reporting with the advantages of this application being integrated from the registration point to making outpatient reports so that it can present reports on morbidity, visits and the top 10 diseases. The conclusion of this application is that it is able to facilitate reporting officers in processing hospital reports. The suggestion is that the medical record installation can coordinate with the IT team for the development of this application
