Abstract

RSNU Banyuwangi has an average number of visits of ±1500 visits per month and the waiting time for patient care is 20 minutes for 1 patient. The process of taking patient registration queue numbers carried out at the Banyuwangi Hospital is still done manually. This type of research is a qualitative research in the form of designing and manufacturing an online queue information system for outpatients at the Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital (RSNU) Banyuwangi web-based. This research uses the waterfall development method. Data collection methods used in the form of observation, interviews and brainstorming. System requirements analysis in this study is divided into two, namely functional and non-functional system requirements analysis. The online queuing system in the system that has been created has 3 access rights, namely the officer, the person in charge of the TPPRJ and the patient. The online queuing information system design is made using Flowchart, CD, DFD and ERD. Making an online queuing information system using the Waterfall, PHP, Notepad++ and MySQL database methods.
