Abstract

The plantation is one of the sectors of the Indonesian economy that is growing rapidly to date, including coffee plantations. Indonesia is the 4th largest coffee producing country in the world with a production of 5.15 million bags for the period 2018 to 2019. In 2017, 537 tons of coffee were produced by coffee plantations in Situbondo Regency. One of the famous coffee productions, namely Kayumas Coffee by Gemini Lestari company. The company, which was founded in 2010, has experienced an increase in demand for kayumas coffee production, resulting in a shortage of raw material for Kaumas coffee. Because it is necessary to control raw materials to meet consumer demand. By using quantitative research methods, this study will process data in the form of purchasing and ordering data, then using the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) analysis method. The analysis results were obtained by using this method in the form of raw material analysis data of Gemini Lestari company as much as 293 kg in 2018 and 308 kg in 2019, data analysis of the time in purchasing raw materials for kayumas coffee in the storage room as much as 113 kg in 2018 and as much as 118 kg in 2019, as well as data analysis of the total cost of controlling raw materials in one month of IDR 45,941 in 2018 and IDR 45,846 in 2019.
