Abstract

A decision support system is a computer-based system intended to assist decision making in utilizing data and models to solve various unstructured problems. In this study, a decision support system was built with the aim of determining the right amount of bonus based on employee performance appraisals. The AHP method is used to provide an assessment based on the results of comparison of criteria and assessment subranges. Then the results of the assessment obtained by the AHP method, are adjusted to the grade owned by the company to be able to determine the amount of employee bonuses. From the results of testing the accuracy of the system obtained an accuracy rate of 94.8%.
