Abstract

According to Regulation of the Minister of Health of Republic Indonesia Number 82 of 2013, Hospital Management Information System is a information technology system of communication that processes and integrates the entire flow of hospital service processes. In order to develop SIMRS, it is important to evaluate the health information system running in hospitals, especially SIMRS. The purpose of this study is to review the relationship of the three factors (Human, Organization, Technology) with the use of SIMRS, and identify the similarities and differences in the use of SIMRS in 17 articles. The method used in this study is literature review. The results show that the human factor are influenced and directly involved in the use of SIMRS. Organizational factors are important in the implementation of SIMRS, because a forum for intellectual development of officers is needed to make sure that there is no human error or data redundancy. While Technological factors with the use of SIMRS are factors that influence the use of SIMRS where user needs and the information generated by the system must be appropriate. So that the quality of the system, the quality of information, and the quality of the resulting service can increase user satisfaction. From the identification of articles using SIMRS in 17 articles, three similarities and three differences are obtained. In order to maximize the use of SIMRS, it is important to socialize the operation procedures of the use of SIMRS to its users. Supports from various hospital management parts is needed so that the development of SIMRS is better and can support the needs of the users.
