Abstract

Attendance is a data collection activity to determine the number of attendance at an event. Every activity that requires information about participants will certainly make attendance. The development of technology in the world is growing rapidly, especially advances in the field of information technology, especially in mobile and internet technology. The use of mobile applications is said to be more effective and efficient because of the ease in accessing and retrieving information. In this application, it is still not known in detail whether the performance of the staffing attendance application for Inpatient Clinic dr. M. Suherman, there are still some shortcomings, such as user access rights that do not match, minimal features for data collection on the admin, minimal android jelly beans, cannot be used on Ios devices, takes a radius of 100 meters from the clinic so outside the radius you cannot attend . Therefore, to determine the level of quality of the performance of the application requires measuring the value of the service of employees. This measurement uses a method called the Service Quality Method or also known as the Servqual Method.
