Abstract
Analisis Pendapatan Usaha Penjual Karkas Ayam Potong Pada Kapasitas Berbeda Di Kabupaten Situbondo (Analysis Of Chicken Meat Selling Income At Different Capacity In Situbondo District) by: Dr. Ir. Ujang Suryadi, MP and Budi Prasetyo, S. Pt. MP Shelvia Fitra Ayu Dini Wastika Poultry Bisnis Management Study Program Department Of Animal Husbandry ABSTRACT The aim of research this to know income effort slaughterhousein Situbondo district and know difference income of traditional effort slaughterhouseon difference capacity. Method the using into thesis is survey 0n applying item question Quisioner For aggregation data Instrument. The Sampling will be using eight sub district is traditionalslaughterhouse capacity 400 and 1000 kg broiler per-day. Result of research show income effort slaughterhouse given profit with incomeon differentcapacityeach production. income of traditional effort slaughterhouse with capacity 1.000 kg more than compare 400 kg. The indicate from analysis calculated ROI. PBP, and BEP. Capacity effort 400 kg ROI 20,20%, PBP 36 days BEP Production 278 kg and BEP cost 9.767,35 rupiah.traditional effort slaughterhouse capacity 1.000 kg indicate ROI 29,36%, PBP 23 days, BEP production 631 kg and BEP cost 27.500,75 rupiah.
